The Magnolia Center allows individuals to receive ABA services within a more structured environment. Not all children requiring ABA services would benefit from receiving that service within our center setting. As such, the decision as to whether services are best suited for in-home or in-center will be made collaboratively between the parents and the behavior analyst.
Children receiving center-based services will have opportunities to engage with technologies, children, and staff members. Most learners who will benefit from our in-clinic services will need support in developing and maintaining social interactions, transitioning, and /or eliminating interfering behaviors.
The Magnolia Center offers in-home and community-based ABA services to Northern & Central Virginia residents. The decision as to where the child will receive ABA services is one made in collaboration with the child's caregivers and key stakeholders. The primary factors shaping this decision will be the child's and family's needs.
Children receiving home-based services will have opportunities to work on improving skills and behaviors within the natural setting. Most learners who will benefit from our in-home and community-based services will need support in communications, daily living skills, social interactions, transitioning, sensory regulations, and /or eliminating interfering behaviors.
